My name is Erik Gabriel. I am a 35 year old single father of two beautiful little boys. I have been an educator now for 13 years and I am the head of the 8th Grade Honors Language Arts program in a local central New Jersey town. Over the past few years, my life has changed drastically due to my separation and subsequent divorce from ex- wife of five years. Through these trying times, I both financially and emotionally dealt with traumas that I never thought I would have to face. To my good fortune, I was able to connect with a local attorney named Jeanette Liberty, who put me in the good hands of one of the most genuine, caring, and fair people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Patricia Dulinski took on my case knowing the challenges that faced us in the process of not only finalizing the divorce, but most importantly, she made my deeply desired involvement with my children a certainty. I could not have asked for a better attorney while going through the litigation process. She was sensitive to my rights and knew that her primary goal was not financially centered, but was fighting for my rights as a caregiver and father to my two sons.

Upon meeting Mrs. Dulinski, I knew right away that she believed in me and knew I was a client that she could trust. We developed a relationship similar to siblings and therefore were always honest, truthful, and blunt to each other to build a truthful and airtight platform for my case. Not only were we in contact via phone and text when there needed to be a discussion, she was very flexible with her schedule and respected the fact that I would be spending a lot of time in court and would be already taking a large amount of time to attend these sessions, which took me away from my classroom and students. Even though she unfortunately was dealing with her own personal tragedy in her family at the time, she kept my case in mind and was in contact with me to let me know I would be ok. Her personal touch gave me a feeling of confidence and gave me hope in a time of struggle. I will always remember what she did for me and will never hesitate to recommend her to anyone travelling down the same unfortunate road I had to travel over the past few years.

In closing, I can honestly say that out of the many lawyers and mediators I sat down with, Mrs. Dulinski was clearly someone I could and would trust to go above and beyond to resolve anyone's case and fight for a fair outcome. I hope her client base grows and other men and women like me can be touched by her experience, professionalism, and most importantly, compassion for the rights of parents.
